  • What is the Check in and Check out time at your hotel?
    Ans: Check in and Check out time at our Hotel is 24 Hours. That means at what time you check in today... the same time you can check out next day to complete one day.
     
  • What are the mandatory Id proofs to be submitted during Check-in for Indians and Foreigners?
    Ans: For all local guests i.e., Indian Visitors, Election Voter Id or Aadhar Card issued by the govt. to be produced in Original Color format. For Foreign guests Passport to be submitted in Original colour format.
     
  • Do you have reception open 24-hours?
    Ans: Yes, We have reception counter open 24 hours.
     
  • Can I leave my luggage at your hotel before check-in?
    Ans: Yes, you can leave the luggage at our hotel before check-in
     
  • Do you accept Credit / Debit cards? Can we make payments through online in advance?
    Ans: Yes, we accept credit and debit cards and you can also make payment through online in advance.?
     
  • Do you have the Restaurant and Room Service facility at your hotel?
    Ans: Yes... we have a Multi Cuisine Restaurant with Room Service.
     
  • What types of foods available at your Restaurant?
    Ans: In our restaurant, we have Bengali, Assami, Chinese, North Indian and South Indian delicacies foods available at nominal cost.
     
  • Do you have the Kitchen facility available at your Hotel?
    Ans: Yes... we have the common kitchen facility available separately for both Veg and Non-veg cooking. We can also arrange the attached kitchen facility at rooms at extra cost.
     
  • Do you have Garden at your Hotel?
    Ans: Yes... We have a Central Garden with Walking Path and Gazebo.
     
  • Where is the Hotel location? How far it is from Narayana Hospital and Electronic City?
    Ans: Our Hotel is located at Bommasandra Industrial Area near Narayana Health City. It is just 700 metres from Narayana Hospital and 4 km from Electronic City.

    Ans: Yes we have the free Shuttle (Pick up and drop) service from Hospital to Hotel 24 Hours for Hospital Patients and attendees.

  • Kempegowda Internationa Airport is about 55 kilometres it will take 1 hour and 35 minutes to reach our hotel from the airport.
  • Majestic Railway Station and Bus Stand are about  24 kilometres from our hotel, it will take approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach our hotel from Majestic. 
  • Yashwanthpur Railway Station is about 29 kilometres from our hotel, it will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach our hotel from Yashwanthpur.
     
  • Do you have the taxi service from Airport to Hotel?
    Ans: Yes... we can arrange the taxi for pick up and drop from Airport to Hotel at actual cost.
